As the sole guests on the property, you’ll have exclusive use of all shared amenities: the large swimming pool, the annex with a fully equipped kitchen, 3-meter communal dining table, and wood-fired pizza oven, and an outdoor dining terrace overlooking the valley and medieval village of Lucignano. Cancellation Policy:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 3 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 3 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
